Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The most creative entry will be chosen by the judges in their sole discretion and will WIN the prize. The form will be available for completion from April 9, 2014 and will close on May 1, 2014.
The prize is worth an estimated AUD$7,253.00 depending on variants outside our control and is valid for travel from Sydney via Auckland to Papeete and return. The prize winner and their guest must travel together and share the same itinerary. All bookings are subject to seat availability and once booked, cannot be changed without incurring additional costs. Travel is not permitted during the school holiday and festive holiday breaks. Payment for the airport taxes (approx. AUD$340 and AUD$50 ticket fee. Total AUD$390pp. Subject to currency fluctuation) can only be done by cash or agency cheque. Prize letter must be sent a minimum of THREE (3) weeks prior to your travel date for (electronic ticket) e-ticket issuance. The e-ticket confirmation will be e-mailed or faxed to the address you have provided. All government taxes and levies, fuel surcharges, passport and insurance costs, visas and other personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner, as well as fares, accommodation and other costs incurred for travelling to and from Sydney before or after the prize is taken.
Accommodation at Radisson Plaza Resort Tahiti is for two nights with additional two nights accommodation in a Bungalow Room at Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora Beach Resort. Additional nights can be purchased at the winner’s expense. Breakfast for two people is included. All other meals, bar and mini-bar charges, in-house movies, phone calls and other activities while at the hotel or elsewhere during the trip are the responsibility of the winner. Bookings should be made in advance to avoid disappointment and are subject to availability. Return transfers from Fa’aa International Airport to Radisson Plaza Resort Tahiti and return ferry transfers to Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora Beach Resort are inclusive. All travel and accommodation included in this prize must be taken and completed by 30 June 2015. The prize is not transferable, endorsable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The closing date for entries is May 1, 2014 and the prize will be judged on May 21, 2014 at 12:00pm at the offices of BT Publishing Suite 3, Level 4, 189 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The winner will be notified by e-mail and phone after May 26, 2014 and will be published in the micenet AUSTRALIA e-newsletter June 2, 2014. All unclaimed prizes will be held for three months at which new judging will be undertaken on the August 26, 2014 at the same address and at the same time as the original draw.
