As part of a program of ongoing training and support, the nutrition and weight management company Herbalife Australasia Pty Ltd united more than 400 Australian and New Zealand independent distributors at the Active Supervisor Retreat held on the Gold Coast for the second consecutive year.
“We thought that the Gold Coast would not only offer a warmer climate in the colder months of July but is also an exciting and appealing destination for Australian and New Zealand residents,” said event organiser Hannah Davis.
The three day event focused on training distributors on the corporate ‘Daily Methods of Operation’ with a program designed to fuel delegates’ ambition to take their independent distributor business to the next level.
With the assistance of the Gold Coast Convention Bureau, organisers chose Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort and Spa because the location of the outstanding conference facilities allowed delegates convenient access to the hub of activities in Surfers Paradise.
Infused with an on-brand theme of maximising health and potential, the agenda opened with a healthy lunch featuring Herbalife’s signature nutritional shakes. An invigorating beachside morning ‘Fit Club’ lifted energy levels ahead of day two, followed by the inspirational story of successful Herbalife business owner Rahimah Sulaiman from Malaysia.
“All distributors left the event with a clear sense of direction and inspiring stories from those who have achieved great success in their independent Herbalife business,” Ms Davis said.
