Re’em Yarra Valley, a luxury conference space, restaurant, cellar door and 16-room hotel, set amid the vines is slated to open in 2023, offering meeting space for up to 20.
Ideal for corporate training, retreats or incentives, it’s co-located with the popular Yarra Valley winery, Helen & Joey. The event space, winery and cellar door will be the first to open, with the hotel to follow shortly thereafter.
“Re’em Yarra Valley will be a bit of a multiverse,” says sales and marketing manager Stephen Powell. As it’s farm-based and adjacent to a working winery, the stay will incorporate the Helen and Joey Cellar Door and feature vineyard and landscape views.
Powell says Re’em will offer contemporary business events facilities, an onsite restaurant fusing local seasonal ingredients with the Chinese regional foods of Helen and Joey’s birth regions and luxury accommodation.
“Contemporary comforts and necessities, immigrant and Australian regional stories in a truly authentic farm setting,” he says.
Ideal for exclusive use, private dining or day hire, options are also available for local team building, tours, break-out drinks and canapes and (of course) wine tasting as well as a “meet the maker” winery deep diver with Helen & Joey’s winemaker.
