Following months of design and trial, the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) in Southeast Queensland has launched a new menu compendium featuring over 500 items.

The menu selections include canapes, lunches on the go, wellness bowls, street food, shared dining options and more traditional format entrees, mains and desserts.

The focus for the new menus is local and seasonal ingredients and complements the willingness of the centre’s culinary team to also work with clients on bespoke menus for individual events.

“I’m very proud of the quality and range of meals that we serve our guests,” said GCCEC’s executive chef, Garry Kindred.

“The team works closely together to ensure the menus offer high nutritional value while allowing for flexibility.

“Although we have hundreds of pre-planned menu items, we also work with our clients to create bespoke menus to suit a themed event, and of course budget.”
