Under the handy initiative, each personalised smartphone is available to guests as soon as they enter their guestrooms. International phone calls can be made to 27 countries, including Indonesia, India, US, China, Germany, UK, France, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea.
handy provides guests with resources such as the hotel’s telephone contact list, range of dining, spa or concierge services and in-room dining, as well as useful travel apps such as a currency converter, train maps, a digital location-based city guide, and news services.
