An incentive to the Northern Territory is a sure-fire way to reward hardworking employees and partners. Here’s a sample of a super three-day program available focused on Australia’s Red Centre.

Day 1

Fly in to Uluru in Central Australia, which offers a landscape and experiences unlike anywhere else in Australia. On arrival at Sails in the Desert Hotel at Ayers Rock Resort, you will be greeted with a special traditional Indigenous ‘Palya’ welcome, followed by lunch in the new Ilkari Restaurant.

The afternoon will see you creating your own dot-painting masterpiece taught by local artists, providing a unique insight into their 50,000 year old culture.

Your dinner experience begins with canapés and chilled sparkling wine as you watch the sun set over Uluru. As darkness falls, a three-course dinner of authentic Australian delicacies awaits and an introduction to Aboriginal culture with a traditional dance performance. Next, sit back for some of the world’s best stargazing as the resident star talker decodes the night sky.

Day 2

A sumptuous breakfast at the Ilkari Restaurant is followed by an exhilarating scenic helicopter flight over the spectacular desert landscape, enabling you to experience the awe-inspiring sight of Uluru and Kata Tjuta from the air.

Back at the resort, prepare to be amazed by a performance from the Mani Mani Indigenous Cultural Theatre Company. Unique sound, lighting, 3D effects and performance take you on a visually captivating experience transporting you to the ancient lands of Central Australia where the legend of Walawuru, Kakalyala and Kaanka unfolds.

After a leisurely lunch, the afternoon is filled with a range of activities which include meeting with trainees from the National Indigenous Training Academy and also taking an exclusive guided cultural tour. Take the opportunity to experience stunning flora and fauna, bush craft demonstrations and story-telling.

This action packed day ends with an exclusive private dinner where you will be wowed by an evening of gastronomic delights and entertainment.

Day 3

One of the must-do experiences of a lifetime is to watch a desert sunrise and see the amazing ever-changing colours of this ancient landscape. What better way to do it than from the back of a camel!

A finale gourmet breakfast awaits you back at the resort before free time to explore the resort, have a swim or a Red Ochre Spa treatment.

Alternatively, finish your time in Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park by participating in a bush tucker tour where you will be able to taste a selection of bush foods, grind native seeds and have the opportunity to learn about desert life from your Aboriginal host.

Your time in this amazing vast landscape finishes with private transfers back to the airport. m
