As Macau realises its blueprint of being Asia’s Las Vegas, Galaxy Macau reveals its integrated resort concept with its trademark Asian hospitality.
Only 16 months since opening, Galaxy Macau™, Macau’s famed integrated resort with an Asian flair – is gearing up for its phase two development in 2015 that promises to entice even more meetings and events into its property.
From its room inventory of 2,200, the addition of Ritz Carlton and Marriott hotels in the complex will boost the number by another 1,300 rooms. And this, of course, means more meeting and event spaces for the MICE industry.
“We are amazed by the strength of the Macau market and our property will be even better when our phase two opens in 2015. As a Southeast Asian destination, we take the best elements of the region and add more local components to our property. As an integrated resort, the service experience has to be connected with what comes to mind when you talk of a tropical resort,” said Galaxy Entertainment Group Vice President, Hotel Operations Galaxy Macau, Mr Paul Town.
Partners with the best
The strength of three of Asia’s leading hospitality brands in one resort has demonstrated Galaxy Entertainment Group’s (GEG) true appreciation of its guests and its commitment to delivering world class services. Partnering with world-renowned Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts and Japanese luxury hotel group Okura Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Galaxy Macau gives meeting planners access to the amenities of all three hotel properties within one centralised service.
As Galaxy Macau brings together a variety of function spaces, entertainment and services under one roof, event organisers can choose from a vast array of luxurious settings and services within walking distance from each other. Event planners can opt for indoor during the day, alfresco garden for the night; casual elegance in the afternoon, formal grandeur in the evening; or they can simply book one of the private dining rooms in any of the complex’s restaurants, cafes and lounges and create a unique experience.
With its signature brand of hospitality – World Class, Asian Heart, Galaxy Hotel™ offers a touch of grace, warmth, respect, attentiveness, and passion for quality and heartfelt sincerity. An impressive resort facility that includes the Grand Resort Deck covering 52,000 square metres of lush tropical gardens and 350-ton of white sand spread along the world’s largest Skytop Wave Pool, provide endless possibilities of creative meeting and event ideas.
Galaxy Hotel™ understands the importance of a gourmet food experience to delegates of a MICE event. “We offer the widest variety and finest quality of F&B by bringing together a combination of regional/ local popular brands and gourmet cuisines. Galaxy Macau™ is able to provide a range of dining experiences for every occasion. Unique concepts like Macallan Whisky Bar & Lounge, the world’s first and Asia’s only, adds to our unique strength,” added Mr Town.
